1. Tell me about yourself.

First of all thank you for giving me this great opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Rahul Shastri. I am from Pink city of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Currently, I am pursuing Bachelor of computer application from Jaipur Institute of Technology, Jaipur.

I did my 10th and 12th from state board & I got 70% in 12th, and 75% in high school.

My strenght is I am self motivated, good learner and believe in team work.

My hobbies are travelling, writing blog, surfing net, and listining music.

My short term goal is to get chance in reputed company.

My long term goal is to be more responsible & achieve a good position where I can build my career as well as company's growth.

2. Why should I hire you?

As a fresher, I know that I don't have any experience, but I get chance here, then I can show my skills and also implement my knowledge in practical ways.

3. Why do you want to join?

As a fresher, I want to learn new technologies and explore my skills, and for that I need a good platform which is your company where I can enhance my skills in better ways.

4. How do you feel to work in night shift?

I don't mind to work in night or day or weekends. I ready to work any shift and happy to learn new things.

5. Are you willing to travel/relocate?

Yes, I like travelling, because there is 2 chances to visit a new place, first we meet new people with different skills and second get to know new culture which can help to gain skills.

6. What motivates you to do better job?

Every new challenges in my life which I solve that make me motivate to do good job.

7. What are your strenghts and Weaknesses?

My strenghts are I am self motivated, good learner and believe in team work.

My weakness is that I don't take rest untill I finish my task in given time period, that's why I always complete my work before deadline of work.

8. Can you work under pressure?

Yes, I can work under pressure and it can be challange for me also. It will be a chance to show my ability and creativity.

9. Do you have any question?

10. Tell me something about our company.

Wipro is a Indian multinational company which provides Information technology, consulting, & bussiness process services. The company founded in Dec 1945 by "Mohamed Premji". It's headquarter is in Bangalore. "Azim Premji" is the Owner of Wipro. Wipro has nearly 2 Lac employees.
